You can permanently delete your AI Headshot Generator - AI Maker account, and the personal data attached to it, from inside the app. No email or form is required.

How to delete your account

1. Open the app and sign in
2. Go to the Profile tab
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Follow the steps and confirm

Deletion takes effect immediately. It cannot be undone.

If you can no longer open the app

If you have uninstalled AI Headshot Generator - AI Maker or cannot sign in, contact us at https://pixazo.ai/contact-us from the email address on the account and ask for account deletion. We complete these requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

Deleted permanently: your sign-in account, the photos you uploaded, every headshot generated from them, your projects, your remaining credits, your saved payment details and your credit history — on all your devices. You will not be able to sign in again.

What we keep, and for how long

• An account record — your email address, account id and sign-up date — marked as deleted. We keep it to honour refunds and billing audits and to prevent promo abuse. It is never used for marketing.
• Invoice records, for seven years, where tax and accounting law requires it.
• Server logs carrying your former user id, which are anonymised within 90 days.

Before you delete

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store. Cancel it in that store first, or you will keep being billed. Past purchases are non-refundable and unused credits are not refunded.
